January Wednesday 20th 2009 - Arrival in the afternoon in your hotel of Valence - Installation in your room (double room basis) with breakfast - Handing over your welcome folder - Visit if you want of the assistance park where are parked the Rally cars WRC - Dinner at your leisure. Overnight January Thursday 21st 2009 - Breakfast at your hotel - Transfer to the shakedown stage with following of the tests equipped of their new pneumatics - Return to Valence in the beginning of the afternoon - Around 16h00 transfer to Valence for the official opening ceremony - Transfer to the night-special stage of 28km in St Jean de Royans - Return at the end of the special stage to Valence and visit of the assistance Park - Dinner at your leisure. Overnight January Friday 22nd 2009 - Breakfast at your hotel - Transfer to the rally roads - Following the 2 selected specials stages witch one is in Burzet - At the end of the special return transfer to Valence - Dinner at your leisure. Overnight Optional*: access in one team leader Official VIP area and meet the pilots January Saturday 23th 2009 - Breakfast at your hotel - Transfer to the rally roads - Following of one selected special stage - After the end of the special stage, transfer in minibus from Valence to the Alpes-Maritimes and arrival to the hotel witch has accommodated lots of the best pilots. It is located at 1607 meters in height near the Turini pass 20 meters from the bend of the legendary special stage. You’ll be in the heart of the action to attend in all the preparations - Dinner at your leisure. Overnight January Sunday 24th 2009 - Breakfast at your hotel - Following in the morning the 2 special stages of the Turini pass - Just after the road opening, transfer to Monte-Carlo by the Turini pass special track - Accompaniment on Monaco harbor to be present at the arrival podium around 14:30 - You’ll be free to choose to go to the Royal Palace area to be present at the ceremonial finish around 15:30 by the Monaco Princly family - And of the day and return to your start destination
