Cooking Class in Paris | 2nd arrondissement - 3 Hours
Every intern will acquaint itself with the lessons program and recipes. An apron and tea towel will be at their disposal. After an explanation on different recipes and basic products, the meal is prepared : everyone is participating to the realization of the menu (3 courses). During the preparation, explanations, and practical advices are given. All dishes are presented with care. Then a table is laid out to savour the dishes that you made accompanied with refined wines selected according to the Menu

During 2 hours, according to your desires, you will prepare a dish under the advices of your chief (entrée or meat or fish or desert). Realize simple dishes or concoct the most sophisticated dishes.
